Yoga and meditation teacher, Tuhin Roy is a 3rd generation yogi.He grew up in India where he evolved in a spiritually oriented environment which led him to train in meditation in 2008 according to the Art of Living teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar . Tuhin has completed several Vipassana stays (Buddhist meditation tradition) where he learned to provide energy healing according to the Silva method and was trained in 3rd level Reiki with Dr. Prakash in Pune, India. With his famous smile and boundless energy, Tuhin will take you into yoga flows where you explore levels of Self beyond your usual experiences.
